This old Mac-exclusive educational game by MECC, the makers of Number Munchers and The Oregon Trail ("You have died of dysentery") combines good ol' golf with the different transformations of a flat geometric shape.
This game requires a classic Mac emulator like Basilisk II or SheepShaver to run. If you have one of these plus a way to open SIT files (e.g. Stuffit Expander), you can get the game free at:

I did a cover each of the Scott Joplin songs "The Entertainer" and "Maple Leaf Rag".
Kevin MacLeod did "Beachfront Celebration", another "Maple Leaf Rag", "Fluffing a Duck" and "Hyperfun".
The Green Orbs did "Jigsaw Puzzle" and "Ponies and Balloons".
