From unexpected breakages (because what's a real 4WD trip without a bit of carnage?) to some bush mechanics, we pushed our rigs – and ourselves – to the "limit". Along the way, we stumbled across a homo sapien in it's natural habitat, who ended up washing their vehicle in the Nevis River after a dramatic rescue courtesy of an 80 Series Land Cruiser.

And just when you think things might calm down – think again. We wrap the day up with unreal camp spots, crack a few cold ones, and even manage to stream 4WD 24/7 from deep in the bush (priorities, right?).
