Thought I'd venture into the world of streaming and recording some of my Zwift training rides and races. This is my first attempt, so feedback would be appreciated.
As the 2024 season comes to an end, this FTP Ramp Test on Zwift will set my training zones as I start my winter training phase to be ready for 2025. I have the help of Crown Coaching to monitor my progress.
The result was slightly lower previous tests in season but happy to be over 300 watts still. I've not trained as much recently with holidays and life getting in the way but this gives me a good base to start building from.
