Mindfulness in the Heartland is THRILLED to unveil a very unique project we've been working on with The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art.
Through this very special collaboration, we've created "The Art of Mindfulness", an online tour structured to introduce themes of mindfulness utilizing works from the Museum's permanent collection.
The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art has produced a couple of short teasers of the recordings. This piece in the series is titled, "The Mirror" by Fairfield Porter and introduces the role of perspective on how we perceive and interpret what's happening.
You can now listen to the guided tour while roaming the Nelson-Atkins galleries or in the privacy of your own home.
