Listen to the relaxing sound of the waves washing in and out whilst my one year old puppy plays with rocks in the sea. This is a 30 min video for you to meditate, do yoga, or just watch to relax.
Meditation really does help us sort our thoughts out at the end of the day, listening to the white noise created by the rhythm of the waves with the images of a happy dog running in and out of them is nothing short of perfection.
