The Leica D-Lux (Tpy) 109 features a DC Vario-Summilux 24-75mm (35mm) f/1.7 with a 4/3 CMOS sensor, which is large considering the compact body.
It works extremely well in low light and you can really tell by looking at your images that they were shot with a Leica lens.
Overall, a fantastic camera, it's my current favorite everyday carry.
