This Hung Curd Bread Pocket is a perfect party starter and tea-time snack. Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, this snack is made using beaten hung curd mixed with paneer, caramelized onions, cheese, corn, herbs and mild spices.
The bread is rolled thin, stuffed generously with the rich hung curd filling, coated with a light maida slurry and homemade bread crumbs, then deep-fried until golden and crunchy.
