What I’m looking for
A US-based individual (LLC not required) to act as our local representative/manager for a new Amazon or Etsy store. Los Angeles preferred, but US-wide is okay.

What we provide

Products, inventory, logistics & customer service

Marketing budget and day-to-day operations

A fully compliant structure: a US Wyoming LLC owned by our Hong Kong parent company (with EIN, US bank, tax filings)

Written contracts under US law (DocuSign/Notarize):

Role & responsibilities

Monthly fixed compensation + small % of Amazon payouts (disbursements) as a performance bonus (treated as service income, not equity)

Clear payment schedule (ACH/wire; escrow optional)

Your role (no prior LLC required)

Be the authorized US representative for account/KYC (name/address/ID verification)

Optional light assistance during registration or basic communications

No personal inventory, no customer support, no ads buying required
