Some dishes are synonymous with intimidation, and millet bread happens to be one of those.
It is a staple food in the Northern, Eastern and Western regions of the country.
The flour used is a mixture of millet flour and cassava flour. In this video, we explore the basics of its preparation, otherwise different regions and tribes may have slight variations.
All you need is some boiling water, flour and some energy!

INGREDIENTS
Water
Flour (Mixture of millet flour and cassava flour)
Note: The quantities will vary depending on how soft or hard you want your millet bread to be.
INSTRUCTIONS
Bring some water to boil. If it is alot, reduce and set some of it aside
Add flour to the water. The basic principle is to add the flour at once.
Using a wooden ladle, mingle the mixture, adding water as necessary.
It is ready when it has browned and does not stick to the saucepan.
Serve warm with sauce of your choice.
