SEBI Chairman Tuhin Kanta Pandey has indicated that the No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the long-awaited NSE IPO can be expected very soon. The remark has revived market focus on one of India’s most anticipated listings.

Pandey clarified that while the NOC may come shortly, the listing will follow the full regulatory process, including the filing of a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP). He also shared updates on SEBI’s Performance Validation System (PaRV), ongoing monitoring of F&O market reforms, and confirmed that new mutual fund regulations are expected soon and likely to take effect from April 1.
