There is nothing much to say here :D.
I just made this build focus on Rogue to dealing dmg and Neidan for support, almost. With very good survival abilities that Neidan + this gears build give, character using Blade Barrier + Poison Gas Bomb combo at close range to clear many enemies group at just one cast very efficiency. I don't using Shen Pao but Throwing Knvies because TK can spam more often than Shen Pao alot. At max lvl+4 and 300%casting speed, character can spam 3 TK cast per seconds (and each cast throws alot of projectiles), while at max cap recharge of Shen Pao you only able to cast one per second.

I'm using tqdefiler to clone character save from character that finished almost quests of Act1 to act5, not enter to Atlantis. Gears are from farming, M.I Shop custommap, edit by hex tool,.. All gears are "legit" to game mechanic (not legitly farming from me as i said), possible to get in game. If you want to using this gears setup for your build and you don't have as good as these gears setup, you can using gears with less affixes/useful affixes. Ofcourse, it will reduced the build performance, but still good enough if you playing with strategy. This is my opinion about xmax gameplay, for single game no mod, it requires less game strategy and powerful gears than xmax alot, so you can free to do anything with much less powerfgul gears setup.
Gears added 2 relics/charms using in video are gears with "of the tinkerer" suffix that only drop/sell in Atlantis DLC's map. "of the tinkerer" suffix allowed added 2 different relics/charms into item.
