Описание: Today saw a busy and varied afternoon of High speed ECML action at Welwyn Garden City, located on the southern section of the East Coast Main Line. A wide range of operators can be seen throughout the video, including the regular services from LNER (including some intercity 225 sets), Grand Central, Lumo, Hull Trains Paragon, Great Northern, and Thameslink all making appearances.

In addition to the usual passenger traffic, there were some particularly interesting movements that added variety to the session. A Rail Head Treatment Train (RHTT) made its way through, hauled by DB Cargo Class 66s 66244 and Ex EWS 66116, working hard to keep the rails clean during the autumn season. Even more notably, Europhoenix Class 37 No. 37407 ‘Blackpool Tower’ was seen on a light locomotive movement from Wembley, the real highlight of the day for me and a rare sight at this location.
