Tomorrow, in the House of Commons, the Conservatives will introduce a motion that will ask the Liberals to support the principle of getting a pipeline constructed... from their MOU (memorandum of understanding).
This was Mark Carney's much-celebrated signing ceremony a few weeks ago, and it should be the easiest vote in Liberal history.
But the LIberals are making it clear they're planning to vote against it.
So, why would they have a memorandum of understanding to build a pipeline if they can't even bring themselves to admit that a pipeline is the ultimate goal of this whole process?
Because this was the Liberal plan all along.
