By disconnecting the flowmeter, the engine has more power and only connects it to pass the ITV test.
NOTE: I DO NOT recommend doing this, since, as I explain in the video, some engines can go into emergency mode and you have to enter the diagnostic machine and erase the fault to recover its power again
