It just keeps getting faster and faster! I recently completed this under 10 minutes with no kills, however now I found a way to do it under 7 basically.

What did I do differently? I discovered that during the Dimitri boss fight, he doesn't actually die when you deplete his health, he enters his "injured" state like a normal NPC, then despawns when the cutscene begins, ergo he technically never dies and the kill doesn't get counted in stats! This is unique, because important characters usually die when you deplete their health (Vlad for example, you deplete his health and he immediately dies, never enters "injured" state). So there's no need to push him to the police officers, saving over 2 minutes of struggle. But if you do keep shooting Dimitri as the game fades to cutscene, or if you use an explosive/a molotov to kill him, then he does die in-game. It takes 10 Micro SMG shots to injure him.

The video is raw footage. No text, no cutting out or speeding up gameplay, just 7 minutes of speedrunning through the last mission as a pacifist!
