Ingredients:
Starter the day before:
165g of Starter
60g Brown Rice Flour
60g Room Temperature Water
Next Day Bread:
Starter - You Prepared the day before
350ml Water
15g Psyllium Husk
10g Ground Flex Seeds
100g Tapioca Flour
100g Brown Rice Flour
50g Buckwheat Flour
50g Potato Starch
1 tsp salt
30g Honey or Sugar
