Philth returns to Metalheadz with the 'Ghost Promises EP', shaped by a defining period around his early releases on the label and key moments performing alongside Goldie.

Opening with 'Ghost Sector', leaning into the darker, more abrasive edge of Philth's sound, which immediately sets the tone. At the EPs emotional core is 'Promises', written in the days following Outlook Festival in Croatia. Sweeping strings, mournful vocals from Ella Sopp and heavy low-end collide, balancing fragility and force in a way that reflects Philth's deep connection to the label's history.

'Rushing' shifts the mood inward, offering a more atmospheric, hypnotic piece designed for after-hours moments. Closing the EP, Black Barrel delivers a sharp rework of 'Dark '97' (originally a collaboration between Philth, Ant TC1 and Immerse), bringing fresh weight and clarity to the original.
