The First Coast Expressway is a 46-mile outer beltway starting at I-10 in Duval County, running through the heart of Clay County, and ending at I-95 in St. Johns County. Phase 2 is nearing completion and Phase 3 is underway. The full project is slated to be complete by late 2031. This expressway is creating a corridor of opportunity through our community.
