20 g of natural salt for 1 liter of water, e.g. Himalayan or sea salt (does not work with iodized salt)
preferably purified water or quality mineral water
vegetables - in this case, carrots and cabbage, but you can use any of your favorite vegetables or maybe fruits (must to try with apple😊 )
well-washed (does not need to be disinfected) canning jars
