Making Handmade Ink From Natural Materials & Ingredients

Описание: Today I'm exploring ink making by making some handmade ink from natural materials and ingredients with help from a book by Jason Logan: A Forager's Guide to Natural Inkmaking. Now although I found making handmade ink from scratch with all natural ingredients really interesting, I think I would definitely struggle to make interesting coloured inks based on foraging materials around where I live. But I suppose you can always substitute specific ingredients for others that are more accessible based on your location, and I think it would be fun to experiment with different combinations to see what inks work best. But I had a lot of fun making my own ink, and I would highly recommend it, especially if you're interested in a more natural approach to your art materials.
