Fred Wells Tennis & Education center is a St. Paul non-profit that pairs low-income students with tennis instruction, life-skills education and academic support with the aim of empowering them to graduate from high school with a strong post-secondary trajectory. In 2012, FWTEC earned prestigious recognition for its youth outreach from USTA's National Junior Tennis & Learning in the form of a Chapter of the Year Award.
