A second lawsuit was filed in Utah's 3rd Judicial District court against Tim Ballard, the founder of Operation Underground Railroad (OUR), mirroring the first suit brought by five women.
The women, who had requested to remain anonymous, alleged sexual assault, battery, fraud, and the use of the "couples ruse" tactic during undercover missions.
