Side Quest from the merchant called "The Wandering Dead" is a Regenerator with multiple parasytes you have to shoot using the thermal scope, and is super effective using against them, this one has way more parasytes than the original Regenerator
I messed up and did not clear out the normal regenerators earlier before getting this request from the merchant. So I made it harder for myself and had to fight two normal Regenerators before going for the Super Regen. I was lucky that only the normal ones came at me first, also I ran out of ammo! but good thing you're able to put the scope on the smg
