Employment law issues that arise in such cases are unique and require careful analysis to avoid common and sometimes costly pitfalls. In this webinar, Jackie and Emily will address some of the most common employment issues that arise in Title IX complaints, including the intersection of Title IX and employment policies and agreements, interaction between departments handling student and employee complaints, unique retaliation issues and communication/privacy concerns when an employee is the accused, and challenges in reintegrating parties into the educational system following a complaint.
