Join the world-wide Irish dance community by virtually completing The Thousand on Saturday, August 29 - that gives us a few weeks to train for it. And if you’d like to receive training plans and additional tips to help you prepare, subscribe to the free Target Training Newsletter. Weekly training plans will be sent out beginning August 2.
Set a goal to simply complete The Thousand or set a timed goal to complete it in under 40 minutes, under 30, or…under 20.
And challenge your Irish dance friends (and non dance friends, too) to join you.
