A burst pipe in Upington in the Northern Cape Province. We stop at the windfarm Express N2 at Port Elizabeth. Go on a boat cruise in the Durban Harbour. We visit Hermanus with Brom Africa. Also, look over the beachfront in Durban. Drive across the low waterbridge near Skukuza in Kruger National Park today. We will also show you several other locations across South Africa today.

The weather forecast across South Africa today is as follows:
Starting with conditions across the northeastern regions, we’re seeing extensive cloud cover during the early morning hours, with rainfall developing along the eastern escarpment areas. These showers are expected to persist through the morning before gradually clearing during the afternoon. Residents in these elevated areas should prepare for wet road conditions and reduced visibility during the morning commute. As the day progresses, atmospheric instability will trigger isolated summer thunderstorms across eastern South Africa. These storms will develop during the late morning and afternoon hours, bringing brief but intense downpours, lightning activity, and possible gusty winds to localized areas. While not all areas will see storm activity, those that do should expect temporary disruptions. The South African Weather Service has issued heat advisories for specific areas experiencing particularly uncomfortable conditions. The Kamiesberg local municipality in the Northern Cape, along with the entire West Coast district of the Western Cape Province, will see hot to very hot temperatures and uncomfortable humidity. Vulnerable populations, including the elderly, young children, and those with pre-existing health conditions, should take extra precautions. Ensure homes are adequately ventilated, stay hydrated throughout the day, and check on neighbours who may need assistance.
