Recipe:
Rustic Homemade Egg Noodles
Yield: 2 Servings

Total time: 35 Minutes
Ingredients
Eggs | 2 Large
Flour | 1 Cup All-Purpose, plus more as needed
Pasta Sauce | 28 oz of your choice
Directions:
1. Wisk flour and eggs in large bowl. Once flour comes together, knead by hand or in a stand mixer for about 5 minutes, adding flour as necessary, until mixture is just barely sticky and is firm.
2. Cover pasta dough in plastic wrap and let rest for at least 15 minutes.
3. Begin boiling 3-4 quarts of salted water.
4. Thoroughly flour your work surface and rolling pin, begin rolling out your dough. Roll dough into a rough rectangle, about 3 ft. by 1 ft.
5. Divide the dough into two equal rectangles. Fold over twice lengthwise, and place onto cutting board.
6. Slice dough into ¼ in strips. Toss noodles into loose pile.
7. Carefully drop noodles into boiling water. Boil for 2-4 minutes or to desired texture.
