Don't just fry and don't be lazy to have a try this Diced Chicken with Salted Fish Fried Rice
■RECIPE: DICED CHICKEN WITH SALTED FISH FRIED RICE
Ingredients
Chicken marinade
1 cup chopped chicken breast season with salt and pepper chicken powder
1 egg white and 1/2 tbsp potato powder or cornstarch.
For the fried rice
5 cups cooked rice 1-2 PC's.dried bisugo 5-6 eggs beaten
3 tsp chicken powder
Salt and white pepper
1 1/2 cup sliced lettuce
2 stalks leeks mostly green part
