Ingredients :
PEKING SAUCE.
3 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbs Hoi Sin Sauce
2 Tbs Golden Syrup
1 ts of Light Soy Sauce
1 ts Oyster Sauce
1 tbs of Sherry
1 ts of Sesame Oil
2 tbs of Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup of Tomato Ketchup
1/2 Cup of cold Water
A pinch of White Pepper
1/2 ts of Red food Colouring
1 tbs of Corn Flour.
mix well and bring to the boil.
great with RIBS, DUCK, CHICKEN, BEEF, & PORK.
