Since her early 20's, through her own journey to wellness and passion to help others, Synara was led to study 12 different types of natural healing for the body, mind and spirit. And since 2001, has been successfully assisting people to optimise their health, healing and happiness, and to empower those wanting a better quality of life and the ability to maintain it longer.
Also offering workshops on Relationships, Weight Management, Holistic Health & De-Stress Techniques for Children and holding monthly Meditation & Healing in Tweed Heads, Northern NSW.
