The Hydrotherm massage system offers what's been described as the "world's first 3-D massage". It allows the client to lay back on these two lovely warm water-filled cushions for their entire massage, without the need to roll over half way through - so it's really good for anyone who finds it a struggle to roll over during a massage, or who can't get comfortable laying face down.
As it keeps the spine in perfect alignment throughout, I've also found it really helpful for people with bad lower back and/or sciatica pain.
Hydrotherm Therapists are specially trained to use the system.
The hydrotherm massage suite includes AnteNatal massage to soothe expectant mums, and Tranquil Sea massage for people on their cancer journey which is something that drew me to becoming a Hydrotherm Therapist in the first place.
It's a lovely relaxing massage, both to give and to receive.
I'll be making a more detailed video soon, but for now, here's a quick overview showing the equipment... and featuring my super blissed-out client Clare following her favourite tailor-made 3D body & facial massage.
