Walking in silence is a powerful practice to uphold. It can be a means of protection, an expression of peace and receptivity, an honouring of your intuitive discernment.
It means to use your voice with wisdom, to choose your words carefully, to not overshare.
To walk in silence is to share quiet moments with the divine...in meditation, in nature...to walk in silence is to observe, to listen, to allow the world and all its creatures to reveal themselves to you.
To walk in silence is to protect your dreams and goals...those beautiful, bountiful things that you wish for yourself - but others may not truly wish for you. To allow your deepest wishes to sprout - like a seed in the dark - hidden from negative projections, until it has become firmly rooted into reality and grown and blossomed and is ready to seen.
To walk in silence is to walk in the manner of your highest self.

It's best to listen with headphones in a quiet space, to receive this activation fully...and to listen with your heart, rather than your mind, so that you are more open and accepting of it's potential. Also, if you experience any sort of bodily reactions while listening, shudders, shakes, changes in temperature, a need to stretch certain areas, this is just your body working to heal itself and release blockages etc...it's quite a common reaction but doesn't always occur...we are all very unique in our healing processes.
