🍷 A vivacious purple hue, deep at the core and electric at the rim. The nose is bursting with ripe and jammy fruits—🍇 boysenberry, blackberry, preserved plums, and lingonberry—highlighted by notes of 🌹 rose petal, pink peppercorn 🌶️, coriander, cumin seed, cedar 🌲, and wild herbs 🌿.
On the palate, a dense core of black fruit is supported by a mouthwatering tang of acidity 💧. Chewy tannins hit next, adding a textural depth to flavors of exotic spices 🪔, wild herbs 🌾, and tobacco 🚬. The finish is long and spicy, showing the structured focus of a serious Zinfandel.
Not too jammy or tannic, instead hitting the proverbial “Goldilocks Zone'' ✨ with a touch of panache. 🍷 Drink now–2028.
