Ingredients needed :

2 cup all purpose flour
2 cup sugar
1 cup water
4 tbs ghee
1 & 1/2 tbs yogurt
1/4 tsp soda bicarbonate
1/4 tsp any food coloring
Pinch of salt
Oil for frying
Almonds for garnishing

Make the sugar syrup and mix all remaining ingredients. Shape them into a ball and fry till brown color is achieved. Put in syrup only for 3 mins.
