Antietam at the end of Turns 3 - ready to start Union turn 4. An intense battle using a simple not simplistic game system from Worthington games. Quick moving system that seems to give reasonable results for a game of this scale. The game I'm playing is the first edition of the game and understand the differences between editions is minimal. It now has a smaller box, has the latest edition of the series rules that are downloadable and a couple of counters for a new rule "Tide of battle" which seems to be a luck mitigation mechanic. Any counter or token can be used to represent the needed marker for this new game mechanic.
