Since opening in 2021, our world-class pontoon has welcomed thousands of visitors to experience Lady Musgrave Island’s pristine lagoon like never before, while protecting it for generations to come.

From renewable energy and closed-loop waste systems to permanent moorings and a no-impact design, Lady Musgrave HQ has redefined reef tourism with sustainability at its core.

Permanent Moorings – four high-capacity moorings, no anchors on coral
Renewable Energy Systems – solar and wind hybrid powering net zero operations
Closed-Loop Waste Systems – all waste treated and transferred to mainland, zero discharge
No-Impact Design – engineered in Burnett Heads, installed without reef damage
Durable Materials – buoyant pontoons of vinylester fibreglass, ~80-year lifespan
