How to make bacon-wrapped cherries for Winter Solstice

The most keenly anticipated of all the winter snack, the bacon-wrapped cherries, are super-simple to make!
You will need:
smoked streaky bacon
glace cherries
cocktail sticks
ovenproof dish/tray
knife
chopping board
Pre-heat the oven at gas mark 6. In the video I cook these for about 20 mins, but 25 or even 30 mins would have worked and got them nicely crispy.
You can make these 24 hours in advance if needed. Just put them on the tray/dish they'll be cooked in, wrap clingfilm loosely over the top (so it doesn't get stabbed by the sticks) and bung them in the fridge.
