If you are concerned your harness's Neck loop is too tight, feel free to contact us first via www.partyfowlpets.com Please note that the neck loop, as well as the straps, will dissappear under your pet's feathers- this is normal. If the neck loop is too loose, your pet may be able to wiggle out of the harness. If you think it's too tight, you can test it: you should be able to slip two fingers easily under the straps. If your pet seems distressed when wearing harnesses for the first time, this is also normal.
