I flew from Santiago, Chile to Mexico City - a 8-hour flight on AeroMexico Business Class. The flight was on time. The check-in was very slow and inefficient. The Sky Team Lounge was big with lots of comfortable seating, good Wi-Fi and hot showers, but the food and beverage options were mediocre. Onboard service was just okay. The lie flat seats were comfortable, entertainment options were good including some live TV, but the amenity kit was minimal and the food and beverage options were below average.
Overall, I would recommend if you can get a good deal.
