JBLM hosts U.S. Team headed to Invictus Games in British Columbia

Описание: Walking into the final day of training at JBLM's Soldiers Field House, the music is blaring, while competitors on Team US along with volunteers, staff and other service members wage a friendly game of sitting volleyball.

The final matchup of this camp is a four-on-four chair rugby scrimmage.

“1, 2, 3, go America,” Team US rugby players shout before the whistle blows for the action to begin.

“A lot of us start from nothing. I couldn’t even move my arms when I first got hurt, and then here I am, 10 years later, thriving, playing a very intense sport,” Joel Rodriguez told KOMO News.
