Thanks to our West Coast correspondent for these matches from Idaho. Due to the large number of matches we are receiving I can’t watch them all please help me by listing any good techniques in the comments section and I will add it to the appropriate play list. The ones I haven’t watched will be listed like “AKA Summer Open 2024 Match #” or something similar.

Note: The Playlists are arranged by technique. This allows you to see the things that are actually being used in competition. There is very little variation in what works. I believe studying these playlists will allow you to make the most of your training time by focusing on escaping and executing these relatively few but common techniques
