Five nights Free Edition is a free FNAF fangame on GameJolt, and it has that “this should not be free” vibe from the second it boots up. I went in expecting a goofy throwback night shift… and instantly regretted it. Everything feels off in the worst way: the visuals, the timing, the way the silence drags out until you swear something is moving when it isn’t. Then the pressure ramps up and it stops feeling like a game and starts feeling like a trap.
