PTI Exclusive: Amazon crosses USD 20 bn in e-commerce exports from India, eyes USD 80 bn by 2030

Описание: Amazon has achieved a major milestone, surpassing USD 20 billion in cumulative e-commerce exports from India through its Global Selling program between 2015 and 2025, five years ahead of schedule. In an exclusive statement to PTI, Srinidhi Kalvapudi, Head of Amazon Global Selling India, said the company remains on track to meet its USD 80 billion export target by 2030, driven by India's “structural strengths and entrepreneurial ambition.”
Over 2 lakh Indian sellers are now part of the program, exporting ‘Made in India’ products to 18 global marketplaces including the US, UK, UAE, and Germany. Categories such as health, beauty, toys, home, apparel, and furniture have witnessed the highest growth, with Indian exporters selling over 75 crore products worldwide.
