Custom races are one of the fastest ways to break balance in Pathfinder — or to create something truly memorable. In this video, I walk through how to build a custom race responsibly, using Pathfinder’s existing tools and assumptions so the result actually works at the table.
Using an Asura-inspired example, we talk about mechanics, tradeoffs, and how to keep custom races from overshadowing core options.
