This video is designed for Beginning and Intermediate Level Carolina Shag Dancers. We teach 3 partner turns all with the simple shag dance basic step. This video does not include technique only the turn instructions. Turning is an element of Shag Dance that everyone needs to learn. We break down the turns to make it easier to learn.
However, we recommend that you find a Shag Dance Instructor and a Shag Dance Club in your region. Shag dance is a great exercise for your body and for your brain! Dancing is a healthy activity that helps with living long and well.
