As a part of our ‘Farm Dogs in the Spotlight’ series we talked about Cooper the Mini Labradoodle today.
Cooper is 4 years old and has been coming to the farm for just over a year now.
When he first came to the farm Cooper was quite shy and didn’t have much water confidence. Cooper spent a holiday over Summer with us and during that time he had 4 private swim lessons. His first lesson we struggled to get him to step off the side of the pool. Fast forward to today and Cooper’s most favourite thing to do is swim in the pool. He hangs out all day. He even dock dives! And he’s very good at it, because he loves it! At the end of each day, when the swim session is over, he sits on the dock and looks at Luke as all the dogs run out the gate. He waits for that one last go he and Luke have. Every time, without fail.
