The River Usk
Is one of the major rivers in south-east Wales, flowing for about 120 kilometres (75 miles) from its source on the northern slopes of the Black Mountain in the Brecon Beacons National Park to the Severn Estuary at Newport. Known for its scenic beauty and rich wildlife, the river passes through historic towns such as Brecon and Abergavenny.
