DIY Electrolyte Mix Recipe:
I used the recipe found here and just upped the amounts to make multiple servings at a time: https://snakediet.com/get-started/
Makes 12 1-quart servings
1/4 cup baking soda
2 tbsp food grade epsom salt
1/4 cup No Salt (potassium chloride) https://amzn.to/3MpchL1
2 tbsp unrefined salt (like Pink Himalayan or Redmond Real Salt)

Dissolve 1 1/2 teaspoons of this mixture into 1 quart of water.
