PE Games - Ball Master

Описание: Ball Master is a PE game for primary school children that can be used in PE lessons, after school clubs and holiday camps. We have created these videos to help give ideas to teachers and sports coaches to use in PE lessons or sports clubs. Ball Master is a PE game that focuses on changing speed and direction as well as dodging skills.

Coach will start on one side of the safety area with a bag of small soft balls (preferably dodgeballs). The children will start at one end of the area and line up along the line of cones. The coach will ask a question or will call out a phrase for example 'Any child wearing black trainers?'. Any child that is wearing black trainers must run from one side to the other without being hit with a ball throw by the coach. If the child running is hit they become a ball master and stand on either side of the area with a ball.

Children who do not have black trainers wait for the next question or phrase to be called out and if it applies to them then they run. Ensure all children have run from the same side before they run back in the opposing direction. Keep calling out different questions/phrases until there is one child left.
