Watch this calming Paint by number - amazing Buddha being painted with the top 10 inspirational quotes form Buddha.
We know there are many benefits by making and create art but I wonder....? because I also really find it relaxing watching these videos I make. Is there also benefits by just watching art being made?! I find it´s a good way to meditate just to focus on the colors appearing on the canvas. Try it and let me know if it has an effect.
It took about 20 hours to paint in all and I enjoyed every minute of it
